Drats - I was so busy throughout 2008 that I had not the chance to even give this one a THOUGHT - much less find "candidates" all throughout the year!

So I'll have to act on a HUNCH and select the PRIME SUSPECTS right off the bat, since there was no gathering of the usual ones, as perhaps it should be...

This is, truly, routine police work after all!
Why bother rounding up possible guilty parties; when you can pin all of the blame on a (framed - spotlighted - ideal target) pair of suckers - EH?
